The information architecture of the Component Builder Application is designed to be straightforward and user-centric. It includes a clear hierarchy of components, with primary navigation for creating, managing, and customizing SLSD components. Secondary navigation provides access to settings, user guides, and support resources, ensuring users can easily find the tools and information they need.

WIREFRAMING

The process of creating low fidelity wireframes involved mapping out the user journeys defined during the research phase. These wireframes focused on the core functionalities and layout of the application, ensuring that the primary tasks could be completed with minimal clicks and intuitive navigation. Feedback from initial user testing was incorporated to refine the wireframes before moving to high fidelity designs.

USER INTERFACE

The high fidelity visual design followed the Salesforce Lightning Design System guidelines to ensure consistency and familiarity for users. The design process involved creating detailed mockups that included color schemes, typography, and component styles aligned with SLSD standards. This approach ensured that the final design was both visually appealing and functionally robust, providing a seamless user experience.

We conducted usability testing with the potential customers mainly with whom we took an interview to see the results and find the problems if any.

USABILITY TESTING PROCESS

SCREENER TEST

A screener was created to understand participant's demographics and their insights on finance.

FACILITATE

Participants were briefed about the test and sessions were recorded with their consent.

OBSERVE

During the sessions, navigation, presentation & interactions of the product were thoroughly observed.

TEST REPORT

Created the final UT Report that consists findings, recommendation & the level of severity.
