OBJECTIVE

THE DESIGN CHALLENGE

Introducing digital digital platforms while also keeping in mind user-centered design practices, the regulations for banking security services, personal data  protection, and accessibility. Creating best suited journey for both amateur and  experienced user groups. Striking a balancing between educating a user and completing his journey in minimum steps. A finance experience must convey the feelings of security, trust, efficiency. To retain and attract new customers.

KEY INSIGHT OF USER RESEARCH

Financial terminology difficult to understand. Lack of fully understanding of investment instruments

Difficulty to handle investments, remember passwords and get certificates from a single platform

Unplanned/Unexpected expenses – hard to control outgoing and modern lifestyle expenses

Expert assistance is not readily available to the users & multiple platforms confuses users to choose the platform

USABILITY TESTING

VISUAL PROTOTYPE UT

We conducted usability testing with the potential customers mainly with whom we took an interview to see the results and find the problems if any.

USABILITY TESTING PROCESS

SCREENER TEST

A screener was created to understand participant's demographics and their insights on finance.

FACILITATE

Participants were briefed about the test and sessions were recorded with their consent.

OBSERVE

During the sessions, navigation, presentation & interactions of the product were thoroughly observed.

TEST REPORT

Created the final UT Report that consists findings, recommendation & the level of severity.
