PROBLEM

STATEMENT

The AI Powered Smart Renewals is an innovative B2C and B2B project designed to streamline the renewal process for both customers and resellers. The project features two distinct portals: one for customers to renew and customize their plans, and another for resellers to manage their clients' renewals and interact with AI for enhanced customer service. The customer portal allows users to choose different plans or request customizations, with AI tailoring the plans based on customer needs. The reseller portal provides a comprehensive dashboard for managing renewal goals and priority clients, with AI assistance for client interactions and plan recommendations.

We conducted a quantitative research study to gather numerical data about the renewal process preferences and behaviors. The data collected from this study provided us with valuable insights into the target audience's needs and expectations, which informed our design decisions for the portals.

USER PERSONA

The User Persona section provides a detailed overview of the target users, including their background, goals, frustrations, needs, motivations, and a brief story. By understanding the needs and motivations of the users, we were able to design an effective and user-friendly renewal management system. The user personas were based on real-world data and insights collected through user research and interviews, and were used to guide the design process and ensure that the final product meets the needs of the target users.
